TRAIL REPORT, Saturday, January 14, 2023 3:00 a.m.
COLD CONDITIONS HELPING GROOMING!
Temperatures are staying down allowing for better than expected grooming conditions. Traffic is up this weekend but the trails are staying fairly flat with good snow cover and a good hard base. Parts of the main trails are becoming a bit sugary is areas and some ice developing in corners. Keep a close eye on conditions as you ride and stay right. We have a few wet trouble spots on Trail 418. The holes on Trail 418 are hazardous so ride and cross with extreme caution (Map in images showing locations). We did have the Deere go down last night with a broken bogie wheel. The Team got together for a repair today so it’s back out there grooming. Get out and enjoy some great riding conditions and keep the snow dancing going – we really, really need new snow.

Past 24 hour Grooming Operations: Trails 8 from 7 miles North of Shingleton West to Trail 417, Trail 7, Trail 417,  418 & 419, Wetmore Spur  (Trail 422 Miners Castle scheduled for early Saturday)

24 Hour Forecast: Partly Sunny, 23ºF, Winds S 5-10 mph w/ Gusts to 15 mph
Currently: Cloudy, 21ºF, Winds Calm
