EXCELLENT “LAST WEEKEND” TRAILS!
Overall very good late season trail riding with very little chop in areas. They are staying flat with some sections of Trail 8 and 7 “Sugary”. There is a good base across most of our system. A few icy corners are starting to form with In-town trails getting dirty along the roadsides.
Late yesterday Operator Keith and Tyler took the Tucker down SCMTA’S Trail 41 to the Jack Pine Trailhead turn-off. Trail base gets thinner down that way but we had no bare spots. Just helping out since Schoolcraft Motorized Trails Assoc. (SCMTA) cannot get a groomer to the North end of their trails due to water issues.
The Pisten Bully is still located on the side of Trail 8 right near M-94 in Shingleton so ride with caution in that area. It’s been awhile now, hopefully it’s picked up before trees start growing through it.

Snow is still in the forecast for today and Sunday so STAY TUNED!

Past 24 hour Grooming Operations:
Trail 8 East to Shingleton, Wetmore Spur, Trail 41 South to Jack Pine

Today’s Forecast: Snow Showers, 30 degrees, 15 to 30 mph Northwest wind.

Cover Photo: Helping out with grooming SCMTA’s Trail 41 south of Shingleton late yesterday.

PLEASE ride with caution, stay right and be respectful, stay on the trail and off the throttle when in the towns.

SOME ICY CORNERS
