LATE SEASON RIDING HANGING ON!
Plenty of snow, overall good late season trail riding with a little chop in areas. A few sections of Trail 8 and 7 are getting “Sugary” but for the most part flat underneath. There is still a good base across most of our system with a few patches of water and icy corners forming. In-town trails are getting dirty along the roadsides with some bare spots.
Grooming operations have been cut back while we play the freezing point balancing act with trail groom-ability. We are seeing snow in the forecast for Saturday and Sunday so who knows, the “official” season may close with a great ending. STAY TUNED! 😉

The Pisten Bully is supposed to be picked up this week and is still located on the side of Trail 8 right near M-94 in Shingleton so ride with caution in that area.

Past 36 hour Grooming Operations:
Trail 8 East and 7 miles North of Shingleton, Trail 7 South to CR440 and Trail 419 East.

Today’s Forecast: Showers, 46 degrees, 10 to 20 mph South wind.

Cover Photo: Trail 7 road clean-up just South of Buckhorn
Gallery: Large, icy banked corner on Trail 7 near CR440 removed.

PLEASE ride with caution, stay right and be respectful, stay on the trail and off the throttle when in the towns.

SOME ICY CORNERS

- The warm weather over the last few days have created a few icy corners and patches. Slow down, stay right and ride with caution.

LOGGING

- Road clearing for logging trucks has started on the North leg of Trail 422. A short section just as you come off of H-58 is being cleared by dozers. Ride with caution in this area and watch for heavy equipment as you pass through.
