BLIZZARD WARNING – TRAIL 418 CLOSED WARNING!
  Overall trail conditions groomed out very good Thursday night. One bad spot – Trail 418 is flooded with flowing water, deep slush and un-groomable just East of Au Train. This section of Trail 418 is officially closed per the DNR from the bridge in Au Train heading east to Trail 7.
DETOUR: Detour from East is taking Trail 7 South to Trail 8 West to Trail 417. West Detour is reverse taking 417 from the Brownstone Intersection.
Our new John Deere 6175R was down yesterday for its 100 hour service so not all of our system was groomed in the last 24 hours. The old John Deere 7130R helped out by grooming Trail 419 West. Both the new Deere and Pisten Bully were back on-line as of last night.

Past 24 hour Grooming operations:
Trails 8 East to 7 miles north of Shingleton and 8 West to Trail 7 South, 7 South to CR440, Trail 419 East and West, Trail 422 and Wetmore Spur.

Today’s Forecast: BLIZZARD WARNING with blowing Snow, 10 degrees and Northwest wind at 30 to 40 mph. 2 to 3 inches of snow accumulation.

WARNING - TRAIL 418 EAST OF AU TRAIN IS CLOSED

- Monday's rain has water crossing and running down Trail 418 approximately 2 miles East of Au Train. This has created slushy and deep water areas for a long section of the trail along with a hole across the trail. Trail 418 is closed East of Au Train until further notice. DETOUR: From East is taking Trail 7 South to Trail 8 West to Trail 417. West Detour is reverse taking 417 from the Brownstone Intersection.

Good

3 to 4 inches of fresh snow, groomed well to 7 miles north of Shingleton Thursday night.

1 Mile West of the Doty Bridge a large depression and bump keeps appearing as the day progresses - RIDE WITH CAUTION!

8 West - Chatham

Very Good

3 to 4 inches of fresh snow, groomed well to Trail 7 south Thursday night.

7 South - CR440

Very Good

3 to 4 inches of fresh snow, groomed well Thursday night.

7 North - Christmas

Good

3 to 4 inches of fresh snow, groomed well Wednesday night.

419 East - Wetmore

Very Good

3 to 4 inches of fresh snow, groomed multiple times daily. High traffic trail section so may get rough between grooming runs.

419 West - Munising

Very Good

3 to 4 inches of fresh snow, groomed well Thursday and Thursday night.

418 - Au Train

Good

Good from Au Train West - CLOSED from Au Train East. Light fresh snow, groomed and set well from AuTrain west Wednesday night.
