WINTER STORM WARNING!
More snow coming with temps just above freezing with high winds. Not most favorable for getting a good base established. We lost quite a bit of snow today but conditions are overall fair for ungroomed trails. Watch for a groomer tractor between Wetmore and Munising and West toward Christmas Saturday on Trail 419 (posted as closed right now). We will be packing in some water holes, placing a culvert, and clearing some large trees. We have been seeing quite a few early season riders out there. Help everyone out and Ride conservative, no jack rabbit starts and use the full width of the trail to pack the snow down. This will really help things freeze up if we can get the temperatures to drop. Trail Reports will be every few days as we continue getting trails ready and the snow arrives. Do your cold weather snow dances. Stay Tuned!
